Resistance Band Kit: Click Here for Video All sleds with the pro-arms can be adapted to use the resistance band kit. The resistance band can be moved out on the top arm increasing the resistance which eliminates the use of weight plates. These bands are shown being used in the Lineman Challenge film made by the NFL. The kit comes complete with 2 pair of bands (10 lbs/15 lbs) and all hardware.
