Great for teaching quickness, read, and lateral footwork. The coach can rapidly move the pad to the right or left to teach a player to read and react to the pad. The top section can be raised up or down to accommodate different types of drills for offense and defense.

The trainer track is 5 ft long and mounted on a heavy duty base for stability. The carriage has 8 heavy duty rollers for smoothness and durability.
