The 2 Way Combo Sled comes with flat springs on one side and Pro Arms with springs on the other side. The Pro Arms give the trainer a special feature. The pad section can be set at desired heights and can be hit and driven upwards or locked in the desired position. An ideal trainer to teach football players the basic fundamentals on both sides of the ball.
