OFFENSE - QB/pass protection - what do you call three men rushing through one blocker? A BLITZ! the BLITZ has three heavy bags on fast tracks - a lineman learns to hit one dummy up the track while positioning to take on the 2nd or 3rd dummy coming at him. It is also great for running backs to simulate breaking thru the line of scrimmage. The dummies are covered with 18% vinyl coated nylon. The dummies are 22" in diameter and 58" tall. The dummies have a pocket that can be filled with sand for more resistance.
