The Agility Training Ball is a great tool that can be used to simulate a Cut Block by either linemen or running backs. Practice drills can easily be performed with this unique, weighted ball without requiring a second person to return the ball. The ball will quickly return to it’s original position regardless of how hard it is pushed or rolled forward.
